To make a good choice you need to know what are the different types of tapes. If you are looking for a cheap solution, vinyl tape can be yours. It is recommended for work spaces with small machines, and light activity. They can suffer damage pretty easy, and that is the reason of recomandation we just pointed. Thus, these tapes should not be used in plants where heavy machines and goods are required to be moved regularly. The textured surface is another downside for this tape. As a result dirt gets accumulated on these floor tapes over a period of time. Last mark grade can be a better option if the vinyl one doesn't suit your needs. These are comparatively stronger as they are made up of polyester fibers. This makes them more resistant to strain and pressure. Spilling of adhesives is avoided while removing the tapes, in comparison to other types of floor marking tapes. On the other hand, when you tear apart the vinyl marking tapes, it results in complete mess due to adhesives. For even stronger features, opt for the superior mark tape. It is even stronger than the last mark grade tapes.  

Be aware of the color as this is important to signal different work spaces. Yellow color, for example, is used especailly to signal the separation mark of 2 areas. The white color tapes are used to indicate the areas of storage in the factory. . As the red is most often used in our daily life as a way to warn us about danget, the same is with marking tapes. Areas where, for example heavy machinery are, is marked with the red color tape. Other areas with high risk will be marked with red as well. For lower danger levels, orange tapes are used. For instance, if there are equipments or machines having sharp edges, orange colored tapes might be used to warn the workers. Finally, blue color is used in case of machines that require repair.
